Sculpture

For me sculpture has been really rewarding so far. It’s really hands on and lends itself to making really bold and large works fairly quickly. For my first card sculture I just got really stuck in. I started by making the main shape out of just one piece of card plonked right in the middle of a base. I then started building around that. Its fun to see the evolution of the piece as you go. For some reason when you build quickly its doubly rewarding. I have found the use of hot glue guns in sculpture to be the best way of putting things together quickly.
